How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
The room temperature, humidity and air flow all affect the dry time. It will take between 8-24 hours to be completely dry depending on the variables. Turn fans on in rooms that have been cleaned along with heat or air condition depending on the time of year. This will help drying time. Any plastic pads or foam blocking placed under furniture need to remain there until the carpet is completely dry to prevent staining. You should not walk on your carpet with street shoes, this will re-soil the carpet. Wear shoes with clean rubber soles. When walking from wet carpet to dry floors be extremely careful to avoid slipping.
